Sexy times calories burned???

To all of my MFP friends,

I have a question that I've been curious about and embarrassed to ask. Without getting too personal or graphic, we all know that sex burns calories, does anyone know of a way to track that???

    3 words: heart rate monitor. :) No, I've never worn mine to calculate my sexy calories burned, but it does make me curious.

    Hmm I'm not sure. I think wearing my HRM would kind of me a dead give away, but I'm sure I can talk him into doing some experimentation. I'll get back to you ;)

    YOu use a HRM

    I have one, but it's different for every person. YOu have to take in to consideration your age, weight, height and how hard you are working

    Everyone does it different. Angry sex is probably more calorie burning than just everyday/ho-hum boring sex lol. Just like missionary is probably less calories than something a little more wild.
