Just completed my 15 min of cardio for wed well did 30 min and just need to do strength, i'm finding it hard to drink the amount of water but its getting better. My snacking has also improved, even now im eating an apple which i never do!0

I've done well with the challenges - got my cardio and strength in yesterday. No cookies!! Looking forward to exercising today, and NO PIZZA
I'm kind of depressed though because I did a weigh-in for another group and hadn't lost anything over a week's time. And I feel like I've been doing pretty well with my food and exercise. I am trying to be patient, but it is hard!!0 -
So sorry, been so busy with school lately! I didn't notice the challenges that were posted so did not get them in, but I've been on track this week, under my calorie goal and keeping up with my C25K and swimming! Really hoping for a loss on the scale this Friday, will be sure to update0

The same thing happened to me this past week, It took me a couple of extra days to lose my "weekly pound", but all I can tell you is- keep at it, sometimes the body gets used to the exercise and you gotta step it up.

Great week last week. Met most of the mini goals. Drank a ton of water. enough to fill a small lake i think......When will my bladder get used to all the water. Sometimes I think I need to move my computer and phone into the ladies room at work....I am sure my body will get used to it soon.

Sorry everyone! It seems like I started this but am never on to post challenges! I have been kind of on the run with work and everything. How is everyone doing? I am down to 181.6 lbs as of this morning and I have had a cold that kept me out of the gym until today. I really miss everyone! Tell me how you are all doing.0

weigh in: 133.4 down 0.6 since last time. Between a new job and finals, then Christmas, this month is ridiculous!! So I have not been exercising as much as I should, but still trying to keep under calories!0
