This morning was so beautiful that I decided to run/walk in my neighborhood for the first time. So I'm adding 2 miles to the "I-70 road trip" today.

5.25 miles this morning...froze my butt off! 19 degrees is about 50 degrees too cold for me. i'm ready to move to hawaii.

3.25 mi this morning. woke up on the wrong side of bed with a child's feet in my back, made myself hit the road and feel much better.

next week i will need some support, 4 miles 2x, 7 miles with intervals 1x, 14 miles next weekend! haven't done over 12 before! oh, and my inlaws are coming to visit. and three mornings helping coach bootcamp.

this, luckily, was an easy week, i just have 9 tomorrow. and, got my body fat tested and totally proud of myself and ready to work! AND, signed up for thanksgiving 10k turkey trot!

Wow, that's an intense plan. I'll be sure to send lots of support your way!! And that's so exciting about the 14 miles! I hadn't ran more than 13.1 until last Sunday. I did 14 and then I did 16.2 today. Fun!
