We add it to steel cut oats and make a pumpkin-based goulash (I can link the recipe if you're interested). You can also put it in chili (you won't notice the difference) or pasta sauce.0

I use it in pumpkin chili, pumpkin soup, and add it to steel cut oats in the crockpot.
I also use it in my smoothies in the morning. I use 4 tablespoons of pumpkin, half a banana, and 1 Tbls of honey0 -
You can also bake with it...same way you substitue apple sauce for oil, you can use pumpkin. Its not as sweet, but it adds good pumpkin flavor. I make protein snack bars with it.0

I LOVE Pumpkin! I added it to Chili recently and it was FABULOUS!!
Here is a really good dip I made for a potluck - everyone loved it:
Pumpkin Yogurt Dip with Apple or Pear slices: http://newbeautifulme.blogspot.com/2011/10/pumpkin-yogurt-dip.html
And my favorite brownie recipe:
Pumpkin Brownie Muffins: http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/367
1 box devil's food cake mix
1 can solid pack pumpkin (15 oz.)
Directions:
Mix the two ingredients together. Don't add anything else that may be mentioned on the box, such as eggs, oil, or water. The mixture will be very thick and you will be tempted to add in other things to make the batter smoother. DO NOT DO THIS AS IT WILL RUIN EVERYTHING! Place batter into muffin tins (or mini muffin tins) lined with paper, or sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 regular or 36 mini muffins.0 -
I mixed 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oatmeal and 1/4 to 1/3 cup canned pumpkin, some spices and honey in a ramekin and baked it in the oven at 350 for about 40 mins.
Mix it into oatmeal with spices, raisons, etc.
I mixed spices and sf white chocolate pudding powder in it and ate it like that. Was going to mix the SF pudding mix into cottage cheese and then pumpkin but the cottage cheese had gone bad.
I threw some into a carrot juice, blueberry, banana, protein powder shake.
Almond butter, eggs and pumpkin, spices....make some pancakes.
Egg , cream, pumpkin, spices, sweetner.... put into a ramekin and place that into a water bath in the oven for a custard. Put some cool whip on top before eating.
