    Hey there...I started eating clean and that helped me to start slowly changing my eating habits which took time. I've also done a ton of different workouts from walking to boot camps. Currently I'm doing hot yoga and Pilates. It was really all about finding what worked for me, which is why I tried so many different things, so try everything that is healthy! :happy:
