    I feel sorry for people who feel they have to "quit" coke. I can't imagine having to stop drinking something like that, for essentially no reason. Lack of self control? 1 a day wont hurt in the slightest.

    I seldom have coke... but I do drink about 2 pots of coffee a day and I can't think that is any better for me ;) I have quit a few times, and some days I switch it up and have decaf, but I swear if i didn't drink coffee I would seriously eat everything in sight.

    I don't think Coke Zero has caffine but it does have artificial sweetener. Coffee (unless decaf) does have caffine. Most migraine medications contain caffine which is known to relieve these specific types of headaches because of the effect it has on the bloodflow.
