Hello, I have been doing this for 4 weeks now and have lost 19 pounds for a total loss so far of 34, have about 100 to go so its going to be a long hall I have started exercising and have been doing a pretty good job of changing my eating habits. I know support is always helpful so if anyone wants a new friend :-)
