(1) Pilate and anything abs (after two kids, well, you know....)
(2) Cardio of all varieties
(3) Yoga! Although a disappointment on the calorie burn, important for the big picture!

1. Running (just started and have only done it twice but I LOVE how it makes me feel after... IE: like I've been hit by a truck)
2. Push ups (I love the challenge and the sense of pride as it gets easier and easier, but I also love that moment when my arms give out and I fall to the floor because I can't hold myself up even a second longer)
3. Jumping Rope (... oh come ON. FUNNIEST THING ALIVE. Every little bit of me jiggles with this one and some parts well.... HAHAHAHAHA. Usually I stop because I'm laughing too hard to continue)0 -

1. Heart and Soul Dancing (burns 300 cal in 20-25 min)
2. Elliptical (burns 347 in 30 min according to HRM)
3. Step (close to 400 in 40 min)
Then of course, any gym class that I can work out with a group and walking!0 -
