I was out of town yesterday. I did my push ups (skipped the sit ups) but am just posting now.

8 at least 30 and I amazed myself and did 35!
I'm not going to test but just move up to level 2. Staying at week 5.

Keiko, way to go on your push ups! You are doing great! Really moving up at a nice pace!
Forpar, hang in there! There were weeks that I didn't do any better than the week before. And even over the weekend I tested 20 less than I did two weeks ago.
Dreven's mom, good to see you back at it and working hard! You're doing awesome!
Today was hard. I honestly think it's because I am dehydrated. I feel wiped out. So drink your water people! It will make a difference! I am going to work on that this week and see if that will help me get back to where I should be.

I was hurting through all the sets today. I said a prayer to get me through that last one! My forearms have been burning the last few weeks when I do it. I guess it's from all the cleaning I've been doing.

Decided to do the post-week 4 test today and got to 50.:bigsmile:
My initial test was 36, so I'm happy to see progress.
I'm going to try week 5 level 3 starting on Thurs.0 -

I know what you mean about the getting there in 6 weeks! But that's ok because the more we do them the stronger we get! I have to keep myself thinking positive or I'll become sad.
Today was really hard. I did week 5 level 2. I had to take a couple of extra rests. I might be on this level/week for a few weeks!

Thanks Keiko! He makes me smile everyday too! :bigsmile: Today he got tired of digging through his toys for something, so he dumped them all out and said, "Oh that was so smart!" He says that a lot. I guess he thinks he's smart or something. We think he's a genius.
Week 6 day 2 level 3. It was easier today. I am really worn out this week but I managed to do well today.

Welcome to the challenge jb! You'll be amazed at how much strength you can build using your own body! I won't say it's not hard but it is oh so worth it!0 -

An old woman's sagging boobs were hangin out between her knees. One boob said to the other "If we don't get some support soon, people are gonna think we're nuts."0 -

Forpar, I've only done level one and now I'm on level two. But I find the 2nd & 3rd days easier. There are more sets but they're shorter. I even managed 45 in my last set yesterday.

Keiko, I definitely do not like Mondays (my day one). The shorter sets are easier even though there's more of them.

Do you all ever total up how many push ups you did altogether? Well, when you get to week 6 day 3 level 3 you will be doing 274 (plus extra on the last set)! Hey if I can do it, any one of you can!
Okay I need to pick my arms up off the floor and go do sit ups and then house work! I may test on Sunday if I can. I was discouraged by last week so we'll see.

WOW 247! that's alot of pushups! I added up mine from yesterday 120, that's pretty good considering where I started. It's encouraging to see the progress.

Someone should check up on me:laugh: I went to do my pushups today and I'm thinking this seems like alot more than I had to do on Thur. I write mine on sticky notes so I don't have to turn on the computer early & disturb DH. I grabbed last weeks on Thurs. when I was on level 1. No wonder it felt like such an easy day:laugh:
I need to clean off the night stand! or put my glasses on so I can see what I'm doing.

8 at least 45, I got there but it was hard my arms are sore. But all together that is 175 pushups.
I am going to be out of town next week because my mom is having surgery. I probably will not have internet access so I won't be checking in. I will be doing week 5 level 2 again.

I didn't test over the weekend because my back was tight. So today I decided to test and I did 78. Not as good as I hoped but that's okay. It's better than last week. Today I am going to do 5 sets of as many as I can since I tested and then I will go back to week 6 level 3 day 2 on Wednesday.

Well I will be doing Week 3 again. I have done this week about 4 times now and I always forget to do day 3!!!! I knock out day 1 and 2 and then when it's time for day 3 I forget. So my goal this week is not only to get my push ups done (all three days) but also be ready to move on to week 4!0
