Hey....no time to post.....but I've been faithful this week....did week four day 1 on Monday, and day 2 today...level two.
Don't ask me to remember how many....I barely know my own name at this point. But, Caleb was a pistol again... and interfered with my last set again...he cracks me up.

Hi y'all.. I'm jumping on your bandwagon.. I've been lurking, reading about your progress for a while (makes me sound like a stalker :laugh: )..
You've inspired me to get started.... so...
I can do a few plank style pushups, but I can't go down as far as you should, so I've decided to start with the girly ones and go from there... (my DH says my plank pushups aren't 'real' yet :grumble: )
Thing is, I can do quite a few (25 in my test) of the girly ones... :drinker:
I started with week 1, level 3... maybe I should have started higher? Guess it won't hurt to start slow and build from there..

Quick post here. Today week 6 level 3 day 2. Just didn't have it in me today so I did the minimum. I'm kind of run down right now. I breezed through the sets except the last one.

Wow, I just saw this thread and I saw other women saying they could do 2-3 regular plank push-ups. Immediately I thought...pfft I'll blow that away and try right now. Lol...I did 2 and it almost killed me.
I've been doing 4 miles of walking every day with 20 min of yoga...looks like I gotta add some strength exercises in there. Just 4 years ago when I was training for volleyball I could do 30 plank push-ups without stopping!
So thanks for helping me find a clear weakness in my workout; I will be adding push-ups to my regular routine!0 -

Just a quick check in as I'm on my DBIL's computer. I did my pushups on Tue. week 5, day 1 level 2 It was hard and I had to take a break during the last set. Today was day 2 and I like those shorter sets better.

Hey everyone! Are you all doing alright?
I tested today. Last day of the month! New thread tomorrow for March! If I don't start it, please someone, go ahead and start the new thread!
I managed 78 consecutive on my test. Then I rested for about 5 seconds or less, and did 17 more. Then I rested a couple of seconds and finished the last five. I am determined to get to 100. I know the last 15 push ups or so were me hardly moving toward the floor but that's okay. I am getting there.
After being in the program for 6 months I just want to get to the end, and then start the program over again, working on form and getting lower. So my new goal is to make 100 by the end of March.
