    hmm, advice? what works for me is eating lots of small healthy meals throughout the day. it took a few months to get used to it, but it's definitely a lifestyle change for me now. packing my lunchbox before i go to work is just habit, and i can have my whole day's meals and snacks planned out and packed in a few minutes. find some kind of exercise that you enjoy because you're going to be doing it for the rest of your life. oh, and when i feel like i'm getting off track, i watch those crazy food documentaries like Super size me or Food Inc that basically scare me into eating healthy again LOL

    everyone is different, so you have to find what works for you. good luck!! =)

    Well said. I think that it is so important for people to understand that just because people may struggle with weight, that does not mean that they are sitting on the couch eating subs and french fries all day. Congratulations! You look awesome.
