    I saw the challenge just today. But here's my log for the week so far:

    Mon: 587; 2.5 miles running at 7min pace; weightlifting
    Tues: 636; P90X video; 20 minutes on the stationary bike HIIT
    Wed: 1215; over an hour of competitive racquetball with an A level player; hard ab workout

    I can't figure out how to edit my first post...which sort of defeats the purpose of replying to the thread before Sunday. But...

    Probably going to change my goal to 4000. 3500 isn't enough in my case.

    edit: and yet I can see edit buttons on this post and not the first. Thinking this is an MFP shortcoming.

    Sun: In any case I'm already over 3500. Planning on a moderate ab/cardio/chest workout of about 400-500 calories.
