    Weekly Goal: 4,000
    Mon: 819 (45 min C25K, 40 min 30DS with extra pushups/situps)
    Tue: 796 (22 min treadmill, 35 min elliptical, 27 min 30DS - my last day!!)
    Wed: 483 (36 min Ri30, 23 min TurboJam)
    Thur: 0 (Rest day but back at it today!)
    Fri: 735 (60 min elliptical, 10 min situps/pushups)
    Sat: 553 (60 min yoga, 35 min elliptical)
    Sun: 627 (20 min elliptical, 36 min Ri30 with extra situps/pushups)

    Weekly Goal: 3500 calories

    Mon:30 day shred with HRM 362 calories burned and Zumba with HRM 202 calories Burned

    Tue: 30 day shred with HRM 338 calories burned and walking with HRM 174 calories burned

    Wed: 0 calories burned. I don't feel good... ;( Will resume my exercise tomorrow... ;)

    Thur: 30 days shred with HRM 358 calories burned and walking with HRM 294 calories burned

    Fri: walking with HRM 553 calories burned

    Sat:pilates with HRM 322 calories burned

    Sun:walking with HRM 289 calories burned
