Thx for the new chart Falisha! It's super easy to read in big font... if only my results looked as good as your fab chart!
Still trying to get back on the weight loss track... just seem to be so hungry all the time, maybe I will up my calories and see if I can get things back on track to STOP THE GAIN! And of course this stupid knee injury doesn't help - I am back to running some but no lower body conditioning yet :grumble: Gotta let this heal though!0 -

Like maybe try to make sure you get at least 20 minutes of exercise a day, or have a minimum of 2-3 servings of fruits/vegetables a day, or a minimum of 7 hours of sleep a night. Just some examples, thought we could try one thing a week until the end of the challenge... What does everyone think?0

ha ha ha....7 hours sleep a night....that would be so sweet but not likely to happen!!! now the fruit and veggie thing i TOTALLY got!

Don't mean to whine, but I did weigh in on Saturday, the chart says i skipped this week. I am at 205 now, down from 207. Thanks
