    How about for this week it will be having a minimum of 2-3 servings of fruits/vegetables a day. Starting on Monday, so just when you post your new weight on the next thread just say I did it! Or I will do the next challenge or whatever. Sounds good everyone???

    This week's weight: 175.8 (quietly celebrating the end of a plateau?)

    I love the idea of a mini challenge and fruits/vegetables is a great one. I'm in! I think adequate sleep is a good one for next time. I've read several places that sleep deprivation impedes weight loss. Makes sense.

    Down 2 1/2 pounds to 202 1/2, hoping by next week (or maybe Dec 1st considering the holiday) to be seeing a 1 in that hundreds place.

    Got up early and jogged, weather was perfect and got in a total of 9 miles by the time I walked back in the door. My legs feel like rubber now but i am so glad I got up early and did it. Here's to a great Saturday!

    Fruit/veg challenge sounds great!! It;s easy when concnetrating on staying under our calorie goals to overlook the fact that we haven't actually eaten a balanced meal on any given day. The challenge will definitely help me :happy: :

    Weighing in at 144 - no loss / no gain but I am thrilled with 0 lbs. after several weeks of gain!

    :ohwell: Not so sure I can catch-up in time for the x-mas challenge goal however - 5 lbs to go in 5 weeks? I have been struggling with hunger, so moved my calories to 200 deficit a day which means 0.4 lb per week.

    I meant to post yesterday that I think a fruit and veggies challenge would be great! I *usually* do eat a generous amount of both, but not always every day, especially when it gets closer to pay day. It will be good for me to actually focus on it for a week straight!
