    QOTD 11/20/11 - Do you take supplements on a daily basis? Do you find it helps or hinders your weight lose goal?

    Final answer....Yes, I take Calcium, Iron and Vitamin K and D. I Could not do this without it. If I don't take these, my energy and health go out the window and I would not have the ability to exercise. Plus if I don't take the calcium, my legs hurt.
