Jillian says NOT to do 30 Day Shred Everyday

THANK YOU for posting this!!!!! I've been pushing myself to do it everyday-I just finished day 3 of level 3 (day 27 total)-and I felt guilty as hell for the 3 days that I've missed since I've started. WTH??!! I thought the whole purpose was to do it 30 days straight! Now I don't feel as bad for missing those days. Thank you!0

Thanks for the info! It would've been nice if she had put that on the DVD!
Kind of makes me want to quit... lol. Itve done 10 days of level 1, 10 of level 2, and today will be day 7 of level 3.
But if she only wants you to do it like 4 days a week for 30 days... That'd be 18 days at most, 18/3 levels is 6. So thats 6 days per level. Man that makes it tempting to quit now lol.
I think she still wants you to do it for 30 days, but not 30 consecutive days.0 -
Yes I agree and was up in the air whether I would do it again two days in a row since my muscles are so sore. I know even though I only used 5lbs weights, I need, at least I think I need, to let my muscles rest so they can rebuild.
I will do this every other day.
