You need lean proteins, fruits, veggies, vitamins, water and at least 1200 calories..0

Agree with all the previous posters. You're eating far too little..and this is coming from someone who is told often that she eats too little! Try to eat 1200, even if you're not eating back any exercise calories.
Take a look at friend's diaries..a lot are open even if they aren't your friend on here. Try to get more protein & even more fat into your diet..think healthy fats--nuts, peanut butter, etc..
