    Zone Perfect - Double Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar - 190 calories, eat half at a time for 95 calories.
    Power Bar - Pure and Simple Cranberry Oatmeal Cookie 130 calories.
    Cocoa Roast Almonds (Dark Chocolate flavor) - 150 calories, eat half at a time for 75 calories, which is what I do regularly.
    Boiled whole eggs for about 70 calories.
    Baby carrots and celery are always good, along with fruit.

    I just recently discovered fennel bulb. I love to slice it up and munch it raw. 100g is around 65 calories and I find the licorice taste to satisfy my need to eat as well as my sweet tooth.

    It might be just me but I don't watch the calories so much it's the sugar and complex carbs I avoid.
