    Magic Pop with Laughing cow cheese spread on top. 50 calories and very filling!!

    I cut small carrot into sticks and have with bit of hummus with jalepeno peppers in!

    It might be just me but I don't watch the calories so much it's the sugar and complex carbs I avoid.
