I don't know about most beautiful ever, but one of the best is Jeff Buckley's version of Hallelujah.

    Excellent example.

Is might sound ridiculous coming from an atheist, but I always tear up when I hear Ave Maria.

That song holds a very special place in my life.

I just heard Bloodstream by Stateless on my pandora. Never heard of them, haven't heard another song by them, but this one's pretty great.

The other big one would be Never is a Promise by Fiona Apple.

Very few things moves this old biker to tears but this song does. Was played at my 21 year old nephews funeral after he was accidentally shot by sheriffs in Iowa.

    Merce Me
    I can only imagine

Pachabel's Cannon in D and George Winston's Colors are beautiful musically, though they don't represent music I typically listen to. Lyrically I like "I hope you dance"'.
