    Just finally checked out the community forum. I'm up for the challenge, since the beginning of December I'm down 7 lbs and have 3 lbs to go. I'm very excited how easy it's been... with both myfitnesspal and with the nutritional program I'm on. I'm almost there!

    It's December 22, 2011 7.30 am here in Philippines, only 1 pound lost. At least there is no weight gain. Still striving on resisting sweet goodies during these holiday season. 4.5 pounds to go to reached my weight loss goal. Currently I'm doing Jillian Michaels workout Banish fat boost metabolism, no more trouble zone and 6 weeks 6packs abs.Mixing it up for alternate days.And my calorie intake is 1200 cals. for now.

    I was 133.5lbs on Monday but my weight is going up and down at the moment as I have an awful cold and I'm just not eating properly. Not planning on trying to lose anything over Christmas and while I have this cold. I just need to eat right and get better...

    2.5lbs down this week. So its the final countdown of 3 for me until I get to onderland. I'm going to try and put do some big burns so by Jan 1st I will be there and start next year halfway in my journey.
