Good on ya! And you'll be able to look back on this in fifty years and say---whatever the heck you want because you'll probably live another 50 years (naturally)!0

Thanks for this post, this is similar to my story. I will be 30 in april and decided it was time to change my life. I quit smoking and my goal is to lose 30lbs by my 30th birthday (My slogan is "30 by 30"). Im almost at the end of month 2, and have lost 18 lbs so far. My biggest challenge is that I travel a lot for work and I find it difficult to eat healthy being on the road...this is how I gained the extra 30+lbs to begin with, along with not being in one place long enough to play a season of rugby (my passion). I plan on starting CrossFit when I get home as well.
You look great! Congratulations.0 -

I think maybe my metabolism could be messed up from the smoking thing? Congrats for giving up and trimming up, amazing!!!0

Well done on giving up the smoking and getting in shape.
I did it the other way round, I lost my weight and then gave up smoking. I am proud to say I haven't gained a single lb since I stopped 6 months ago :-)
I do still need to get in shape so I am back to working out, but I am happier and healthier than ever before!0 -
WOW..Your stomach looks amazing!0
