15 military. I set a goal to achieve the push-up/sit-up/2 mile run requirement to join the military for my age so I had to get to 15!0

60 = Regular push-ups, followed by explosive push-ups = 10. Once you start doing it more your body gets use to it quickly
and you can do a lot more.

Maybe 10? But I don't think I'm doing them right because I don't get as low as I should.
My wrists start to ache after about 4 of them0 -
right now my record is 214. On average i hit at least 180.0
