    15 military. I set a goal to achieve the push-up/sit-up/2 mile run requirement to join the military for my age so I had to get to 15! :)

    60 = Regular push-ups, followed by explosive push-ups = 10. Once you start doing it more your body gets use to it quickly :) and you can do a lot more.

    Maybe 10? But I don't think I'm doing them right because I don't get as low as I should.

    My wrists start to ache after about 4 of them :tongue:

    right now my record is 214. On average i hit at least 180.
    That's insane. How long did it take you to get to that point?
    about three years and 2 cases of tennis elbow,haha! I started at 25. Add decline and plyo and it gets easier faster, even just one or two at a time
