Who is going to run on Thanksgiving day and how far?

Me! My goal is a slow 4 mile run... just enough to feel good about eating a big meal, but not soooo far that I'm wiped out for the day.0

I'm running around my neighborhood for about an hour tomorrow morning, and Friday morning too. I really want to try to be healthy this Thanksgiving.0

15-16 miles in the morning! Then lots of relaxing and online shopping in the afternoon.0

I plan on between 3 and 7 miles tomorrow morning. If I get an early enough start, 7. Otherwise, ~3 it is.
