    Me! My goal is a slow 4 mile run... just enough to feel good about eating a big meal, but not soooo far that I'm wiped out for the day.

    I'm running around my neighborhood for about an hour tomorrow morning, and Friday morning too. I really want to try to be healthy this Thanksgiving.

    I will be running. Tomorrow is thankfully a short run day. I plan to go 4 miles, more if I am up to it. That is my version of taking the holiday off :-)
