    I haven't given anything up... just cut down on chocolate and haven't had a biscuit in ages and bread has probably all but gone now, having been replaced by crispbreads.

    But I still drink alcohol, still enjoy (home-made) curries and practically everything else I used to eat... just in smaller, more sensible portions :happy:

    I have to eat cheese every day. OK, it's low fat cheese now, but cheese is still really not a diet food.

    Maccas, pizza, burgers, chips

    biscuits, cookies, brownies, bbq shapes!, cheese, peanuts


    ....it's all moderation right? lol


    diet coke and cereal I have EVERYDAY though

    Diet Coke - like the others, I NEED my fizz! Drinking LOTS of water and green tea but I still need a fuzzy soda!

    I haven't "given it up" but I do have a really hard time limiting my bread.

    I also indulge in diet soda more often than I should.

    Kettle Chips (plain or sea salt and cracked pepper) - have a serving or 2 every week!!

    I second that! I always have a bag in the pantry. Eating some tonight, lol!
    i actually adjusted my dinner so that i could fit in some kettle chips w/o going over my calorie count. haha. i <3 the thick sea salt ones you get from costco.
