    I have been following the South Beach Diet since 6/2009.. I love this diet for me anyways.. i lost 123 pounds. but last winter had some serious emotional issues ( a breakup) and gained 20 back, and i be darn if i cant get it off. driving me nuts!!! i am disabled from a car wreck, and walking long time isnt easy for me even thou i can push myself to do it.. tried gyms but didnt find one that i liked so far. But, I AM determined NOT to gain this weight back again. I went from a 22 tight to a 14, in sizes of jeans, and i loved it. right now im in 16 basicly. so im hoping with starting a new job this week and this site i can be accountable for my eating etc. how r you doing with this diet so far????
