    I make chickpea marsala at least once every week. Full of big chunks of stewed tomatoes, chickpeas, and LOTS of garlic, it's really satisfying. I usually pair it with quinoa.

    I also really love bulgur wheat and couscous. I keep grains in the house at all times. They fill you up, keep you full, and don't have lots of calories.

    thanks for all the links everyone, i also slip in to processed food trap sometimes and end up with ingredients i don't want milk/cheese, i find i end up feeling guilty, at the moment i'm eating quorn burgers for protein, they have an unmentionable but for now i'm using them til i get my act together and start cooking from scratch. i'm making a new start with diet/exercise and new here, any vegetarians/ vegans add me as a friend please:smile:
