My shoes have always supported me best and lasted longest when I have gone and had them fitted specifically for my feet. My last pair were Nike, now I wear Adidas - I personally require a lot of padding as I have very high arches and my new pair have extra padding in the back as well which supports me well since I heel strike. Highly recommend foot locker or similar. Luck!

A few people have hit on the best answer here, and it is basically that we cant help you much

    1. you need to decide what you need your shoes for. Getting a pair of running shoes will be very different than for doing a lot of weightlifting (eg most sneakers have a raised heel which is not advisable for a lot of exercises).

    2. Once you have identified the main purpose of the shoes please see a specialist store to get fitted. It is underrestimated but the feet affect the rest of our bodies so much, it is not something you want to get wrong.

    Happy shopping!
