    When i first started, I refused to say the number I needed to lose, lol. I just knew it was over 100 pounds! Don't worry, I know it will come off fast for you and just take it a day at a time. Don't think about the big number too much :flowerforyou:

    I just started my journey two weeks ago -- I am doing good, but your post is a great inspiration. Have you kept the same daily calorie goal since you started or have you adjusted it down as you lost weight? In addition to counting calories, how much exercise did you start with each week and what type of exercises? I have listed myself as sedentary as well, as I sit in an office or car all day.... So the exercise, other than walking on the treadmill, may be a challenge for me.
