    I am so excited to see that you are doing the Body By Vi shakes! I have been doing it for 5 weeks and have lost 17 lbs! Your story is so inspiring!
    I only did it for 4 months max and then moved on to protein shakes.

    Oh wow awesome job such a neat idea how you took the pics as well. I started out at 230 I'm now down to 212 maybe I can start this now for the remaining weight I have to go!
