Hopefully, I did not miss anyone. To make my life simpler, when you post your mileage if you will include the date & team #. For example:
Team 1:
12/1--
12/2--
12/3--
12/4--
12/5--
And each time you post, include the previous dates & miles in case I miss a post, I can still make sure that I log it on the correct date. Mileage is in any form of forward motion (or backwards, if you prefer); walking, jogging, running, treadmill, ellyptical, swimming, steps, etc.
Good luck and everyone have fun! Keep your teammates motivated!!!
