    Just injured myself Tuesday, but I think I can do the elliptical. So,I appologize in advance if my numbers aren't good for a bit!

    Does the recumbant bike count?

    I dont know for sure, but I'd venture to say no since its supposed to be walking/jogging and its much easier to get miles in on a bike that it is walking/jogging :(

    read first post closely any forward backward motion you can record in miles is accepted, so go for it!!
    As long as your moving in Dec is my understanding.

    Ehhh... that is what I figured. I think I can use the elliptical now though, so I guess it doesn't matter. Just thought I would ask, just in case!
