    Well I have news for you I walk 6 miles and day 2x 3 miles with my dogs plus I do the stairs so I have already past your challenge

    lol yes yes after doing a bit of math i see that now!

    i just did my stairs 20 times (that means that i went 'up' my stairs 20 times) and that is not even close to what you do Mailloux!

    i never knew how good of a work it was!
