1000 Minutes Challenge in December!

Are you looking for a way to stay accountable this month? I know people are really busy in the month of December. Well hopefully this challenge will help you get a little bit of activity in most days this month.
I challenge you to do 1000 minutes of exercise this month. It works out to roughly 33 minutes average of exercise per day! You can keep track of it however you want. Come back here to check in as often as you like - daily, weekly. You choose. Below is a form you can use or create your own way of keeping track. I will not be making a chart or excel spreadsheet.
Anyone is welcome to join in with this challenge. You can do it!!

P.S. For me activity is any type of intentional exercise. I personally do not count everyday activities that I will or have to do regardless since this is not intentional for me. But if you want to count these activities do it. The one exception I do make is I will count shoveling snow if I wear a HRM. Again you choose. I can’t tell anyone how to count their daily exercise or activities.

I love this idea. I'll try my best I don't know how well I'll do. Usually my daily runs accumulate to 33 minutes exactly so this'll motivate me!0

I did not make it last month either but I was soooo close I had to try again this month!! Even if you don't make it just do your best. December is a hard month to try this I know but we can all give it our best shot!!0 -

I am already in a December challenge. Got a giggle from this line, I was bickering with myself earlier this week over snow shoveling and how many calories it utilized, I currently do not have a HRM.0 -
