Today I burned a ton of calories cleaning my apartment, moving furniture around, up and down the stairs doing laundry, lots of bending and lifting. The total time spent was about 3 hrs. I'm going to count 1/2 of it towards my goal. 90 minutes. I am so tired!

I on average do 3000 minutes every 2 weeks.. I'm a PSW and run my butt off at work.. With barely time to even have a break.. Somedays I work 8hrs, some days 16 hours as we tend to be short all the time.. We work with about 20 resident to 1 staff member.. It's crazy town, but at least I know I'm getting lots of exercise!! Way to go people you're doing great0

Plus I like to do workout videos at home which is never less than 60mins about 5 or 6 times a week.. But a lot of it I don't count in my actual reader as honestly I have no idea, need to buy myself a HRM0

Yesterday I went Xmas shopping with a girlfriend for over 3 hrs. By the time I got home I was exhausted. I'm going to count 25% of it and subtract 45 minutes.
