    Today I went to the gym and did 45 min on the eliptical

    450 - 45 = 405

    Whoo hoo 405 to go!

    Today I did more cleaning which involved a run to Goodwill of about 10 large boxes and a television and also about 10 additional flights of stairs. Not all of the cleaning was strenuous though - I'm guessing at least 30 minutes of it got my heartrate up enough to consider exercise.

    405 - 30 = 375
