Sometimes, I'll stick my face into the big bag of dog food we have, and the smell puts me off of food for a little while. :drinker:0

I use metabolite sometimes and some chinese pills call Slim Tab Pomegranate that work ok. What is your secret weapon?
Where do you get these "Chinese pills"?

Really if any of the over the counter crap worked the world would be skinny... I like popcorn when I'm hungry. The 94% fat free one serving size is great.0

2 great big spoons of 100% pure organic cold pressed coconut oil and a big ole glass of water every morning.
Sometimes I am not hungry until supper after.
Also good is 5 TBSP of hemp hearts.0 -

Seeing a body that has been dead for about 3 weeks in the middle of summer is also very good for suppressing your appetite for several weeks. :sick:0 -

My secret is food. I eat it when I'm hungry. I drink water before I eat to make sure I'm not thirsty. It works pretty well.0
