I'm in! Starting today (Jan 1st) until April 9th. My legs may not be strong enough to manage to do 100 a day to start, but I am going to do as many as I can to start and work my way up.0

yes, the link does work.
It may only be day 3, but I am doing good on this. I decided on rowing squats to engage my arms too. Next week I will add 2 pound weights when ever I can remember to do so. I have to be careful due to my shoulders are both injured.
