    Done...Did curls in my workout this morning, 15 reps x 3 sets with heavier weights (12 lbs) and just completed 100 each arm with 5 lbs and now I'm feeling it. Thanks for the motivation with the mini challenge!

    Done! 6 lb resistance band, 50 reps x 4 (2 per arm, alternating arms between sets.) The last 10 or so per set I would hold, sustain for a long 5 count, then release,

    i have never done arm curls before what weight do you suggest I use? HELP!!!!:happy:

    Start with canned vegetables.

    did mine, 5# free weight..5 sets of 20 .. each arm. Thanks StarGeezer for reminding me, cuz,...I forgot.:noway:

    320 static arm curls as follows:
    200 in 4 sets of 25 reps @ 3 lb. weights
    120 in 4 sets of 30 reps @ 6 lb. weights

    I also added this to my workout here under strength training. WoooooT!

    I got mine done. I did 202 with 20 pound weights.
