Cruise food is TOO good to diet while on the ship HOWEVER, you don't need to pig out either. Enjoy the food, sample lots of things, don't go overboard and you should only gain a few pounds that you can get off in 1-2 weeks. I've been on 3 cruises and honestly, food is a big part of the experience. Enjoy!0
