    :laugh: Drink lots of water, watch the sodium intake and for goodness sake, keep working out. I know you won't feel like it but it'll make you feel less crampy and bloaty. Trust me.

    If a 12 year old asked this question, it might actually make sense to me.

    Thanks for making it easier for her to go through this every month. It very frustrating when you're trying to lose weight and every month you gain weight for a week or two due to retaining water. I would suggest you don't make negative comments on a post related to female issues that you clearly don't deal with!
