    This sounds very hard work but amazing! Do you think it would be suitable for someone just starting out or too much? I have like 70lbs to lose so pretty unfit :(

    I have 150+ pounds to lose and I'm doing it, so you can too! :-) But yes, it is hard and I have to force myself to not quit. I do have to stop a few times and catch my breath, but I've finished the third day today and I feel really good about it! Good luck!

    it is hard, i just finished my 4th day in a row. it is getting easier already. I am just scared to go onto level 2 next week...

    Ok, so random question....

    What else should I do along with it? I've done 4 days so far, and don't feel too much (except in my arms), so I'm sticking with it (because I quit everything I start).

    But what else can I do along with it?

    cardio :) i do it as a warm up and cool down after to keep my muscles stretching so i don't tighten up ...
