    Starting weight 284.5 - Weighed in last week at 258.2. This week February 18, 2009 254.2. A loss of 4 lbs since last week.

    Well done gang!!!!

    Weight this week 162 (down one pound) and 100 wall push ups.

    I won't be checking in next week. :cry:
    I'll be on holiday. :smile:
    I'm going downhill skiing for the first time. :noway:
    It's all part of my being open to trying new things and wanting to be more active. :wink:
    Did I also mention I want to come back in one piece. :laugh:

    100 girly pushups(from my knees)
    pounds should have been more but i attended a shindig this weekend and threw back a few too many beers and pieces of b'day cake. this week WILL be different!!
    i did lose half inch off both my waist and hips this week tho, so that was exciting.:bigsmile:

    today's weight 122.2 lbs

    It's up a bit but that is due to Saturday at The Keg, Sunday was Subway and fondue and Monday at the Falls with the kids and Hubby for Family Day and going to The RainForest Cafe and lots of wine all weekend as well and not getting on my treadmill since Saturday.

    I'm so bummed and upset with myself i was doing good till Saturday too. Gettin myslef back on track tomorrow

    Good Job to Everyone else though!!

    Weight this morning 221.6 and I only did 50 pushups - this week was bad for exercise - my aunt is staying with me recuperating from surgery and I have been so distracted and busy - hopefully this next week is better.

    Sorry I haven't been keeping up with our challenge, it took me awahile to find our group- I have been looking for the past 2 days so I do see that we post almost daily. What's my challenge? Is it to do 175 push-ups? I be luck to do 10.
