Why do you feel guilty about avocados? I eat half an avocado everyday (well, at least every weekday). They are calorie dense, but they are super good for you. Just like almond butter - you just can't eat too much :)

    Don't feel bad!

    Red red wine......
  • Mine is açai. It is a brazilian fruit that calories is over 600. I can't avoid it.

At first it tastes like soil, but then you get addicted to this because I also add banana, strawberry, honey and granola. it is a calorie bomb lol

After this meal, I feel full for hours

Those who likes to work out a lot should give a try to this because it is full of energy

Haagen dasz chocolate peanut butter (I eat the entire 500ml in one sitting usually) and toblerone (I can polish off 100g bar by myself). Some form of punishment comes after although on more than one occasion I have lost after the iced cream. I don't know why you're feeling guilty about avocadoes:(

Peanut butter (the crunchier the better!).
    Brownies (especially the corners)
Bread.....my thyroid doctor told me to give up carbs and I almost cried. How about instead of giving up I cut back? Can I start there? I'm not ready to give them up!!! *sobs*
  • Avocados and peanut butter!

Both are calorie dense and high in fat but its the good fat & they are packed with vitamins & nutrients... I eat a whole (small) avacado with my breakfast daily and get teaspoons of peanut butter to eat with apples...heck if im hungy but dont want to have a full blown meal, ill just have a scoop of peanut butter to calm my hunger pains haha

AND it gets rid of any chocolate cravings I may have :)
and im still losing weight consistently so im happy!

thats what i was going to say. Avocados are great for you. Just as long as you dont sit down and eat like 10 in a sitting = P I just ate one today with a little salt and pepper. i LOVE me some avocado.
