I will do my best to get in shape well enough for this...this 'race' will be great initiative for me to work especially hard on my cardio...I can already feel myself getting back into shape after about a week of working out! Sooooo.....I AM IN!!!!!

Well, I think I'm going to have to be realistic and reset my goal to do a 10K on 3/17 with you instead of a 1/2. My foot is not giving me the recovery I was hoping for after surgery in Dec. I did 4+ miles today in 45mins but I don't think I can triple that in 6wks. So, I'm still in just downgrading a bit. :-) Hope everyone's training is going well.

That is so funny because I'm already signed up for a half on March 17. Can you say serendipity?

If the snow is gone and it's above freezing, I'll probably already be training for my planned half marathons next year... so I'll be out running! Can't promise 13.1, but I'll do my darndest!

I would really like to do this too. I am not sure I am up for it all at once. How would you feel about doing half, taking a break and then half again? I could definitely do that.
