Just a general question!

Myself:

1. Force Factor

2. Force Factor Ramp Up

3. MusclePharm-Assault

4. Universal Carnitech

5. Dymatize Elite Gourmet Protein

6. Men's Daily Multi-Vitamin (1 Tablet daily)

7. Liver Clenser (2 caps, 2 times daily)

8. 1200mg Fish Oil Gel caps ( 2 softgels 3 times daily)

9. L-Glutamine 1800 when needed. (Mostly after legs workout days)

10. Calcium when needed

    These almost daily:
    B-12: for energy
    St. Johns Wort: antidepressant

    These every other day:
    Glucosamine/Chondroitin: joint health
    Calcium + D: bone health/strength

    This 2x/wk:

    Vitamin D3-5000 IU/day
    Calcium-only if I didn't get enough dairy that day
    Protein Powder-as needed
    Multivitamin -If I feel like I didn't eat enough fruits and veggies
    Fiber Capsules-If I don't hit 30g fiber.
  • I take a general multivitamin that's a genetic brand for One A Day that supports heart health and I take fiber supplement gummies.

    Nothing. I'm a firm believer you don't need supplements if you have a (mostly) healthy lifestyle.

    wow OP ...that's ... a LOT of supplements.

    I take protein powder on days I lift and just try to eat well for everything else.

    you're in the military and they don't test for anavar or anabolics?

    I eat food and supplement it with chocolate and alcohol sometimes. Works for me.

    I take the fish oil and red yeast rice in order to control cholesterol.

    I also take extra C, turmeric, Beyond Vitex (for menopausal symptoms), garlic and L-lysine for the immune system.

    I had high cholesterol 3 months ago (375). I dropped to 145, but still taking liver cleanse. I also do everyday while taking supplements. I was told its a good thing to do, to keep any kind of deposits in your liver. Even though i dont take anabolics, like some i know, i take 1-2 liver cleanse anyway. Thats pretty much off of advice. Not really sure if i need to?

    I am about to start taking iForce HEMAVOL. Tried a 3 pack sample, and liked it! I was told i didnt really need to take liver cleanse during use of that, but im not too sure. Any info you can provide?
