Nothing. I'm a firm believer you don't need supplements if you have a (mostly) healthy lifestyle.

    rock on! :drinker:

I take the fish oil and red yeast rice in order to control cholesterol.

I also take extra C, turmeric, Beyond Vitex (for menopausal symptoms), garlic and L-lysine for the immune system.

Curious as to why you're taking Iiver cIeanse

I had high cholesterol 3 months ago (375). I dropped to 145, but still taking liver cleanse. I also do everyday while taking supplements. I was told its a good thing to do, to keep any kind of deposits in your liver. Even though i dont take anabolics, like some i know, i take 1-2 liver cleanse anyway. Thats pretty much off of advice. Not really sure if i need to?

I am about to start taking iForce HEMAVOL. Tried a 3 pack sample, and liked it! I was told i didnt really need to take liver cleanse during use of that, but im not too sure. Any info you can provide?

it's the best. I was a big ON supporter til I got my first tub of myo. if you're cutting it still tastes great in water and doesn't have that watered down taste like most protein powders do

Many pregnancies close together = my nutrient stores are depleted (baby is not quite a year old.) I'm always anemic during pregnancy, and the past couple weeks, I've noticed that I'm more tired and short of breath during workouts. Since logging all my foods on MFP, I can see I'm consistently only getting about 20% of my daily iron through diet alone.
All that to say...I'm back on my food-based prenatal vitamins and nettle leaf capsules.
