Many pregnancies close together = my nutrient stores are depleted (baby is not quite a year old.) I'm always anemic during pregnancy, and the past couple weeks, I've noticed that I'm more tired and short of breath during workouts. Since logging all my foods on MFP, I can see I'm consistently only getting about 20% of my daily iron through diet alone.
All that to say...I'm back on my food-based prenatal vitamins and nettle leaf capsules.0 -

I am taking Complete Nutritions CTS360 program and a protien shake from there called SMART smoothie. I had been stagnant in my weight loss for over a month, when I added this program I have lost 7 lbs in 15 days! SO I am keeping with it for the 30 days. After that I am not sure how I will continue. I WAS a firm believer that you could get everything you needed in your diet until I started following mine and others and found that sometimes you just need a bit more!0

Daily I take.
1 x MultiVitamin.
3 x Cod Liver Oil/Glucosamine.
2 x Whey Protein.
3 x L-Glutamine.
Workout Days.
1 x Muscle Pharm Assault.
I recently went to the Drs & he said if you have a reasonable diet you do NOT need supplements.
For those interested in MP Assault it delivers "focus" energy rather than "pumped" energy, if that makes sense(?) I would personally recommend it & think it is a really great product

Without being too caustic, the poster indicated HER believe, NOT her advice! So I fail to see how you can contradict her knowledge of her believe!
It that is what she BELIEVES then it is true for her!
