    I did NOT say that! I eat the recommended amount of calories and I DO eat back exercise calories!!!

    You look awesome! Keep up the great job! I love how you said you eat it if you want it and count it. I think so many people have stayed away from what they like. And as I am sure you can attest to, if you do that you will be unhappy.
