    Love it when people talk that way, like humans are the only animals out there eatting other animals. And when we do it it's "cruel" but when animals do it it's "nature" lol

    2. Fish Oil. Supplement every day
    3. Wild Salmon. Don't like Salmon.
    4. Berries. Every day
    5. Yogurt. Every day
    6. Flax Seeds. Supplement every day
    7. Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 2-4x/wk
    8. Mixed Nuts. No.
    9. Red Meat. No- body doesn't like it
    10. Broccoli. Yes.
    11. Turkey. Yes
    13. Quinoa. Yes
    14. Oats. during the winter- every day
    15. Tomatoes: Everyday.
    16. Oranges. Every day
    17. Apples. Every day
    18. Carrots. Every day
    19. Water. Uh yeah.
    20. Green Tea- during the winter- every day
