Congrats! What an accomplishment! I have lost my first 100 lb. in 9 1/2 months and in 11 months on mfp have lost 108 pounds. I too have had NO surgeries, no fad diets, no pills, just healthy eating and exercise. Here are some of my pictures.

Here are my before and currents. I haven't reached my goal yet but I am close. My heaviest weight was 210lb sometime last year. I joined Weight Watchers in January this year at 201lb and so far I have lost 50lb. Including the 10lb I lost before joining I have lost 60lb in total. My goal weight with WW is 140lb but I will re-evaluate it once I get there and see how I feel.

Here is my before:
This was back in January (of this year-2011) weighing in at 200 lbs, and before I joined MFP
And this is during:
When I joined MFP I was 175lbs, I joined this month (December 2011)
Total of 26 lbs lost...0 -
At my heaviest I was 297lbs. Now I am about half-way and 236lbs.

I started at 250 lbs in Oct 2010… I am not 167, my goal being 150-155 in my healthy range.
I’m 5’8… work out up to 2 hours a day throughout the day a mixture of Lesley Sansone DVDs, walking on my lunch hour and zumba. I am on a 1200 calorie daily goal, don’t eat exercise calories back. Don’t eat fast food, processed foods, limit bread and pasta… and strive to only snack on things that contain even a small amount of protein.

The first pic was @ 261 pounds - size 22 jeans. The last pic was taken 12/2/11 @ 204 pounds - size 14 jeans. I'm more than halfway to my goal!! (I hope the pics work - I've never added photos before)

This is from last week...new wedding dress cause the first one was too big to alter!!! Yay!
Only 30 something pounds to goal! I'm taking it slow though...I am NOT going to buy another dress!
